Rutherford County MedPoint On-Site Medical Clinics
Ascension Medical Group Saint Thomas

Rutherford County Government has contracted with Ascension Medical Group Saint Thomas to provide clinical sites for participants in the medical insurance plan. Dependents of employees, ages 3 and up, who are also covered under the medical insurance plan have access to the services provided at the clinics.
 

Employees & dependent(s) enrolled in the Copay & Deductible Medical Plans will receive services, labs and medication at the on-site-clinics at no cost to them. Employees & dependent(s) enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan, will be required to pay a $30 fee for any non-preventative visits at the clinics. All preventative visits, medications, in-house testing and labs provided in the clinics are still no cost to them.
 

If you are referred to another medical provider/facility, expenses incurred at the referral site will be subject to medical plan guidelines, deductibles, etc.
